It brings together cereal-corn, rice and amaranth base with coconut, sunflower seeds and raisins. The sweetness comes from the honey and natural brown sugar. Fat mainly comes from sunflowers and coconut and partly from plant oils. It is deliciously tasty - no need to add anything.
