Established as a private company in 1991 Novalim spol. s r. o. Slovakia specializes in the production of gluten-free and low protein dietetic foods. Novalim was founded by Mr. Jozef Poprac, who brought with him many years of experience and great expertise in the food technology industry. It is this experience along with dedication to the development of food technology in the gluten-free and low protein area, that has led to the wide range of quality products that Novalim is now able to offer. Our location in Slovakia in the heart of Europe allows us to export quickly and effectively throughout Eastern and Central Europe.

No wheat starch is used in the manufacture of our products, and as much as possible only the finest natural raw ingredients are used to produce Novalim products, such is the attitude of our company to coeliac and phenylketonuric disease. Typical basic ingredients in our products include; corn and potato starch, as well as rice, corn and soya flour.
The company has incorporated the HACCP system into production practise and certification procedure with Bell-Novamann International Laboratories.
Raw materials and product are regularly analyzed and inspected by the Slovak Office of Public Health.

Our production facilities are exclusively designed and are only used for the production of gluten free products.

All our products are made from the finest naturally gluten free ingredients and no wheat is used in their manufacture.
