Pancakes – just add water and a touch of salt
Dumpling – add water
Ginger-Bread – add honey, fat and water
Grits – cook in milk
Muffin – add oil and water (fruit)
Bread Crumbs – for immediate consumption
Tip
Special gluten free flour mixes that contain leavening agents (ie baking powder) should be baked as soon as the water has been added or the dough is otherwise treated. If left unused for longer period the leavening agent loses its effectiveness.
