GLUTEN-FREE FLOURS MIXES

To increase the safety, no wheat-starch is used in the manufacture of our products, as it could contain gluten residue. Typical basic ingredients in our products include corn and potato starch, as well as rice, corn and soy flour.
We strive to ensure that our products are comparable and taste as good, if not better than similar products that contain gluten.
Tip
With the Promix gluten free flour mixes we recommend to strictly adhere to the suggested preparation and the amounts of water in the recipe. A maximum of 1-2 tablespoons of different flour can be added. If more than this is used then extra water should be added. The dough needs to sufficiently kneaded until pliable. We smooth the surface of the dough with a spatula and moisten it with water or mil once it has risen.
