Our marketplace offers a wide range of naturally gluten-free flours and other gluten-free products. However, particularly with natural flours it is important to verify their origin and any possibility of cross-contamination.

Assurance is provided through specially prepared products. Our products are manufactured in specially designed factory and accredited by Bell-Novamann International Laboratories.

Tip

Corn flour requires more water and tends to make thinner dough. White rice flour is neutral in taste and suitable for the preparation of the majority of gluten free products. Amaranth flour helps pastries stay fresher longer and gives it a richer texture. Buckwheat flour contains the invaluable rutine which aids in maintaining a healthy circulatory system.
